Revolution Is Uncomfortable is an interview series featuring candid conversations with citizens about how their personal experiences have shaped their political beliefs. What do they struggle with? What are they fighting for or against? Why do they believe what they believe? Are they willing to understand me? Am I willing to understand them? Is there a middle ground? If so, what does that look like in terms of conversation? How do we get there?
Together, we examine if an "us vs them" mentality is helping any of us bridge the divide in our collective fear of intimacy.Personal responsibility, freedom, religion, sexuality, and integrity are just a few of the topics explored during this one hour conversation about what a modern revolution could look like.
The results of these experiences will be continuously posted on Facebook and will be supported with supplemental material intended to ignite digital conversation which will be filtered back into the project.
